- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the salmon fillets in the mixture and set aside.
- Place the asparagus in a bowl, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 7-10 minutes, depending on thickness, until cooked through and flaky.
- Add the asparagus to the air fryer for the last 5 minutes of cooking, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve the salmon garnished with Parmesan cheese if desired, alongside the crispy asparagus.
