Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchini to create noodles and set aside.

- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add the zucchini noodles and toss everything together for about 2-3 minutes until the noodles are tender.
- Slice the grilled chicken breast and add it to the skillet, mixing well.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
