- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
- In the same skillet, add the halved cherry tomatoes and spinach. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted.
- Slice the chicken breasts and return them to the skillet to combine with the vegetables.
- If desired, sprinkle with feta cheese and fresh basil before serving.
