- 2 medium potatoes, cut into wedges

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
