Ingredients

  • 2 pounds shrimp, deveined and shelled
  • 1 pound crab legs
  • 1 pound mussels, cleaned
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound corn on the cob, cut into thirds
  • 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the baby potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes until they are tender.
  2. Add corn to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the shrimp, crab legs, mussels, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and the juice of one lemon. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
  4. Drain the mixture and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the seafood and vegetable mixture. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Prepare large heat-safe bags or parchment paper and divide the seafood boil mixture into bags.
  7. Seal the bags tightly and serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other seafood like clams or lobster for variety.
  • Adjust the amount of Old Bay seasoning based on your spice preference.
  • For a more flavorful broth, add some chicken or vegetable stock to the water.
