A delicious and flavorful seafood linguine recipe featuring fresh seafood sautéed with garlic, herbs, and a light white wine sauce, served over perfectly cooked linguine.

- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup scallops
- 1 cup mussels, cleaned
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the shrimp, scallops, and mussels to the skillet. Cover and cook until the seafood is cooked through and the mussels have opened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked linguine and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
- Feel free to use any combination of seafood you prefer.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes when sautéing the garlic.
