  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup scallops
  • 1 cup mussels, cleaned
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp, scallops, and mussels to the skillet. Cover and cook until the seafood is cooked through and the mussels have opened, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked linguine and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes
