Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, snap peas, and broccoli)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to turn opaque.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and continue to stir fry for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat the seafood and vegetables evenly.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper, and cook for an additional minute.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
