Ingredients

- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and squid)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, snap peas, and broccoli)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to turn opaque.
- Add the mixed vegetables and continue to stir fry for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat the seafood and vegetables evenly.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper, and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
