These delicious sheet pan brownies are rich, fudgy, and perfect for feeding a crowd. Made in one pan, they’re easy to prepare and even easier to share!

- 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter
- 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
- 1 cup (200g) packed brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (90g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (180g) chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13×18 inch sheet pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared sheet pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- For extra fudgy brownies, do not overbake.
- You can add nuts or other mix-ins to the batter if desired.
