These delicious sheet pan brownies are rich, fudgy, and perfect for feeding a crowd. Made in one pan, they’re easy to prepare and even easier to share!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter
  • 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup (200g) packed brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (90g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (180g) chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13×18 inch sheet pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared sheet pan and spread evenly.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

  • For extra fudgy brownies, do not overbake.
  • You can add nuts or other mix-ins to the batter if desired.
