Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cups green cabbage, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups cooked white rice

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
