- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cups green cabbage, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups cooked white rice
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Stir in chopped cabbage and soy sauce. Cook, stirring frequently, until the cabbage is wilted and tender.
- Serve the chicken and cabbage mixture over cooked white rice.
