  • 12 burger patties
  • 12 burger buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced pickles
  • 1 cup cheese slices
  • 2 lbs corn on the cob
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 watermelon, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Place the wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with BBQ sauce during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  4. For the burgers, grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, adding cheese slices during the last minute to melt.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until golden.
  6. For the corn, soak the cobs in water for 10 minutes, then wrap in foil with butter, parsley, salt, and pepper. Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Serve the burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles on the side.
  8. For the watermelon salad, toss the watermelon wedges with feta cheese and garnish with fresh mint.

  • Feel free to customize your burgers with different toppings like avocado, bacon, or various sauces.
  • You can marinate the chicken wings overnight for more flavor.
