Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Husk the corn and remove all silk.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the corn with the butter mixture, ensuring an even coating.
  5. Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil.
  6. Place the wrapped corn on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Remove the corn from the grill and carefully unwrap the foil.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a more intense flavor, consider adding Parmesan cheese or chili powder.
  • You can also grill the corn directly on the grill grates without foil for a smokier taste.
