Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the corn with the butter mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil.
- Place the wrapped corn on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove the corn from the grill and carefully unwrap the foil.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense flavor, consider adding Parmesan cheese or chili powder.
- You can also grill the corn directly on the grill grates without foil for a smokier taste.
