Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups watermelon, diced
  • 2 cups cantaloupe, diced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, cantaloupe, grapes, and pineapple.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey until well combined.
  3. Pour the lime juice mixture over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
  4. Add the chopped mint leaves and toss again.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute any of the fruits with your favorites or what’s in season.
  • This salad can be made a day ahead; just add mint right before serving.
