This flavorful Teriyaki Air Fryer Salmon is paired perfectly with steamed jasmine rice and sesame broccoli for a delightful meal.

- 4 pieces salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Marinate the salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce for at least 10 minutes.
- While the salmon is marinating, rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed jasmine rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
- Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and cover it to keep warm.
- Place the marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is cooking, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss the steamed broccoli with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and salt to taste.
- Serve the air fryer salmon over jasmine rice with sesame broccoli on the side.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the amount of teriyaki sauce to taste.
- For extra flavor, add green onions or chili flakes as a garnish.
