- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
- 2 large eggs
- 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
- 1 cup of whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker pie crust.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for at least an hour.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the pumpkin puree with sweet potato puree for a different flavor.
- For an extra touch, sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the whipped cream.
