- 1 pound cake, cut into cubes
- 2 cups vanilla pudding
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup chocolate shavings or grated chocolate (optional)
- 1 cup caramel sauce (optional)
Instructions
- In a large trifle bowl, layer half of the pound cake cubes on the bottom.
- Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the pound cake layer.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the pudding.
- Spread half of the whipped cream over the berries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients: pound cake, pudding, berries, and whipped cream.
- Top with chocolate shavings or grated chocolate and drizzle caramel sauce if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
